We appreciate openness and transparency, people who say what they think even if it’s not popular opinion. You should understand that the customer isn’t always right… but that we should teach them. Our clients are also our friends, we need to give them the tools to succeed with or without us and provide value wherever we’re able to.
We need amazing talent — not decent, good or great. We set the bar very high for ourselves and work to exceed it constantly. We crave people who ask “why” where it matters and never take things for granted.
